Instead of giving us a lease, he instead sent us an awful rental agreement that basically signed all our rights away, so we said we couldn&#8217;t sign it until some other things got resolved.  He sent over a friend to look at the steps who said he couldn&#8217;t fix them at all. <\/p>\n<p>When we pushed back on this he informed us he&#8217;s going to move back in October.  Which sucks, 1)Because he&#8217;s kicking out a great roommate, and 2)He&#8217;s a tool and none of us want to live with him.<\/p>\n<p>Also, our trash cans got stolen &#8211; my guess is he hasn&#8217;t paid the bill.
